We all operate in an intense environment that is constantly changing and requires us to make hundreds of decisions daily. Our decisions affect people, processes, and our ability to face different challenges. It’s therefore not surprising that we experience feelings of stress and tension when making decisions, leading to bothersome thoughts, frustration, and anger. Consequently, we end up making poor decisions.
So how do we get out of this trap? How can we ensure that we will make the right decisions even in the toughest of times?
The following workshops are based on research in the field of decision-making and incorporate real-life case studies. Although the workshops were designed with attornies, judges, and C-level managers in mind, anyone interested in the field of decision-making is welcome and will find the content rewarding. Audience participation is highly encouraged.
